OUR PROCESS

The key to being able to manage one of the most complex and important pieces of your event!

1. Initial Consultation

The first step is our Initial Consultation, where we’ll explore your vision, goals, and event details. We’ll cover key elements like the theme, atmosphere, and any specific preferences.

2. Agreement

A 10% deposit is needed to begin concept creation, which is applied to your final invoice. If no creative work is needed, we skip the deposit and proceed directly to the contract.

3. Creative Concept Development

After our initial consultation, we’ll present a few high-level concepts in a team call, gather your feedback, and refine them to fit your vision and budget before finalizing.

4. Detailed Proposal

Once a concept is chosen, we provide a detailed breakdown of all costs, vendor pricing, management fees, and technical requirements needed and send a final invoice for your event.

5. Partner Success

After you approve the proposal, we get to work! We’ll organize everything, stay in constant communication, and handle all the logistics to make sure every detail is perfect.

6. On-Site Event Management

Our expert team will be there on event day to ensure everything runs smoothly, so you can relax and enjoy the experience.

7. Post Event Follow Up

We’ll touch base after the event to gather any media, hear your feedback, and discuss how we can improve for the next one!

While working within budget constraints, we provided elegant small bites and refreshing non-alcoholic beverages to keep the atmosphere relaxed and refined. Warner Theater Take-Over

Imagine taking over the entire iconic Warner Theater in Washington, DC, and transforming it into an unforgettable playground of experiences for 250 guests. Picture this: full access to every room, each one buzzing with unique, immersive activations that captivate and surprise at every turn. Then, as the grand finale, the stage lights up for a spectacular two-hour show, packed with excitement and jaw-dropping moments that will have guests talking for years.
