We transformed the iconic Warner Theater into an immersive, multi-themed experience, creating an unforgettable evening where guests could explore different worlds, each filled with unique entertainment and surprises.

Here's what we brought to life:

Event Theme: An interactive journey through various themed spaces, allowing guests to wander and explore, leading up to a spectacular Vegas-style variety show.

Masquerade in the Lobby:

DJ in Masquerade Masks: Setting the mood with captivating beats, a DJ in a stylish mask kept the energy flowing.
LED Sculpture: A stunning visual centerpiece that added a touch of modern elegance.
Ballroom Dancing Couple: Graceful performers twirled through the lobby, adding sophistication and charm.
Drag Queen Greeter: A charismatic greeter welcomed guests with flair and personality.
Violinist in a Champagne Skirt: A mesmerizing performance, with a violinist playing elegant tunes while offering champagne from her custom skirt.
Sponsored Bites and Drinks: Guests enjoyed gourmet snacks and refreshing beverages, adding to the festive atmosphere.

Speakeasy Downstairs:

Guarded Entrance: A playful, vintage security guard asked whimsical questions before letting guests into the hidden speakeasy.
1940’s DJ on a Gramophone: Authentic 1940s tunes spun by a DJ, adding a nostalgic touch to the space.
Contortionist Duo: Flexible and captivating, the duo amazed guests with their seamless performances.
Cigarette Girls with Gentlemen Chaperones: Dressed in classic attire, they greeted guests and added a vintage flair to the speakeasy vibe.

Interactive Games Upstairs:

Fun and engaging activities encouraged guests to mingle and enjoy playful competition in a vibrant setting.

The Big Show:

Vegas-Style Variety Show: A dazzling performance curated from start to finish, hosted by our founder and a local celebrity emcee. The show featured a mix of acts, including:

Beatboxer & Breakdancer: High-energy, rhythm-driven performances.
Mentalist & Instrumentalists: Mind-bending illusions and soulful music.
Jugglers & Dinosaurs: Playful acts that surprised and delighted.
Grand Finale: Our very own futuristic DJ, backed by her entourage, closed the show with a captivating, high-tech performance.

Outside Lobby After-Party Transition: The excitement continued outside with LED costumed dancers and greeters with a DJ, keeping the celebration going long into the night.
